The Graduate Program
Since 2009, our Graduate Program has been training young engineers to become the future representatives for our clients in Africa.
This paid training program lasts between 8 and 12 months and combines theory, technical skills, and practical assignments in West Africa to develop skills in product promotion, monitoring, and after-sales service optimization.
Building on this success, we have decided to expand the scope of the Graduate Program to recruit our future managers for our entire African network in seven key areas:
- Sales
- After-sales sales representative

- Computer science
