Our Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) are service contracts that allow you to outsource all or part of your maintenance and benefit from reduced operating costs, improved performance, and greater equipment reliability throughout their lifecycle.

Our service agreements

Support agreement

A service agreement allows you to forget about the management and risks associated with sourcing spare parts for preventive maintenance, even major components, ground engagement tools, undercarriages, or hydraulic hoses. This offer includes: Supply of preventive maintenance kits for each interval recommended by Cat Complete annual technical inspection of the machine with detailed reports Data retrieval using the Product Link™ box and the VisionLink™ platform.

Preventive maintenance contract

Under this contract, our technicians will perform PM3 (1,000 hours) and PM4 (2,000 hours) preventive maintenance for you. As with the assistance contract, you also benefit from an annual technical inspection and access to your VisionLink™ data. The other PM1 (250 hours) and PM2 (500 hours) service intervals can be carried out by you or by our teams (optional).

Total maintenance contract

A Total Maintenance contract covers all maintenance and repairs for your equipment. It frees you from internal costs, guarantees longevity, and optimizes hourly costs. This contract includes preventive maintenance services and allows you to: Avoid transporting the workpiece to the workshop. Significantly reduce intervention times. Minimize labor costs. Ensure maximum safety and reliability of services. Minimize machine downtime costs.
